Catia V5 to Inventor Good morning, I convert one Catia V5 drawing to inventor, i save it as ipt, i can see it whit no problems, i don't want to make any change, but when I want to put in a Inventor drawing (idw), all I see is this, does any body know how can I fix this. All the sketches, dimensions and features used by Catia to create the part will be completely different commands and results in Inventor, therefore I can't imagine being able to import the data while preserving an Inventor-editable feature tree (I may be wrong, but when you think about it, I doubt it). Inventor and CATIA use this now, as well. SolidWorks introduced advanced and cool mates like gear, followers & cams, which allow you model the movement of gear assemblies.
